Payment & Refunds

In order to secure your session, we require all payments to be made via online banking (account details will be given once your booking is confirmed). Payment needs to be paid in-full and made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to ensure that all necessary preparations are made and that your session runs smoothly. 

A refund will only be issued to those who cancel their session 48 hours in advance. You are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
